What's behind that red door?

I don't know about you, but I am bored. With a capital BORED.  

I've got stuff to do, but most of it involves Visio and for the rest of it I need input from my boss.

Visio refuses to work. I tried googling the error messages I've been getting. After much weeding through mountains of unrelated crap, I found one reference on the MS support site indicating Visio might not be properly installed on my computer. I raised a help ticket asking for an uninstal / reinstal, which the help desk is — helpfully — ignoring.  

I'll probably get a call two months from now asking lots of really stupid questions.  

And when you see this error message, Mrs [insert wrong name here], are you certain your eyes are open? Okay, and are you sitting right side up in your chair? Is the problem perhaps that you can't read? Alright, could it be that the computer is switched off? Is it raining in your office? Sometimes that can affect the computer's performance.
